Shufflor hurls falling units into new lanes at once. Memory dies; only reaction remains. Order Scrambledeep to take the key.

The Chronicle

Shufflor

Scrambledeep was never a maze. It was a refusal of maps.

Columns that trade places. Floors that argue with walls. People who learned that remembering a lane is a liability — and called that freedom.

Shufflor was a grid-clerk before he was a Warden. Not a chaos priest: a sorter who hated finished sorts. He watched armies die to muscle memory — striking where the threat used to be — and decided order is only useful if it can be stolen mid-breath.

A Prismheart shard slept between two misaligned tiles. One night the tiles clicked without hands. Shufflor answered. The first seal cooled on his palm like a deal that never stays dealt.

Shufflor, Warden of Scrambledeep, does not freeze, flood, or burn. He permutes. His law is scramble: falling units swap lanes at once.

His army is the proof. Splings — splinters that start the crack. SwitchJacks — dealers of the mid-fall swap. Gridreapers — harvesters of tidy grids.

Veyra freezes. Orrik slides. Kael counts. Morn plates. Nyssa floods. Lyra deceives. Aurel forbids. Brann burns advantage. Shufflor steals place.

In the game you feel him as sudden lane swaps. Trust eyes, not habits.

When his master seal cracks, the grid holds still — and the key is yours.

The army

Shufflor's army

Tap each unit as many times as its number. Some must never be touched.

  • 1x
    Spling

    Spling

    1 tap · lane splinter

Splings are the first crack in a tidy grid. One tap ends them — then the lanes forget where they were.

  • 2x
    SwitchJack

    SwitchJack

2 taps · swaps the map

SwitchJacks yank columns mid-fall. Two taps to stop the jack — muscle memory is their favorite prey.

  • 3x
    Gridreaper

    Gridreaper

3 taps · reaps the grid

Gridreaper harvests order itself. Three taps to drop it — after a scramble, only reaction remains.

  • Shufflor says: “Grid holds. Good.”

  • Shufflor says: “The misaligned tiles noticed you.”

  • Shufflor says: “Spling cracked — then cleared.”
