Aurel looses Void — the hollow-faced unit you must never tap. Let it reach the portal or you fall. Clear the rest of Wildlight without breaking the truce.

The Chronicle

Aurel

Wildlight was never a battlefield. It was a treaty written in pale fire.

Borders that are suggestions. Paths that ask permission. People who learned that not every threat wants your hand — and called that wisdom.

Aurel was a border-warden before he was a Warden. Not a hunter of monsters: a keeper of what must pass. He watched armies ruin themselves by striking what should have been left alone. He decided survival is knowing when to halt.

A Prismheart shard slept in a hollow of cold light. One night the wildfire rang without heat. Aurel answered. The first seal cooled on his brow like a vow that never blinks.

Aurel, Warden of Wildlight, does not flood or deceive. He sets a truce. His law is Void: do not tap; let them reach the portal.

His army is the proof of the other half — Haltlings — small reminders to stop the hand. Vigilants — watchers of the silence between strikes. Nullrach — void-touched bulk you may strike. Void — hollow face, hollow heart. Never tap it. Let it reach the portal.

Veyra freezes. Orrik slides. Kael counts. Morn plates. Nyssa floods. Lyra deceives. Aurel forbids.

In the game you feel him as Void among units you must still clear. Break the truce and you fall.

When his master seal cracks, the pale fire bows — and the key is yours.

The army

Aurel's army

Tap each unit as many times as its number. Some must never be touched.

  • 1x
    Haltling

    Haltling

1 tap · stops the hand

Haltlings teach the truce in miniature. One tap ends them — but they exist to remind you: some things must pass untouched.

  • 2x
    Vigilant

    Vigilant

2 taps · watches the void

Vigilants keep the peace between touch and silence. Two taps to dismiss their watch — break the truce and Wildlight turns.

  • 3x
    Nullrach

    Nullrach

    3 taps · void-touched bulk

Nullrach carries Wildlight’s weight without being Void. Three taps to drop it — leave true Void alone for the portal.

  • DO NOT TAP
    Void

    Void

do not tap · let it pass

Void is Aurel’s truce made flesh — hollow face, hollow heart. Never tap it. Let it reach the portal or you fall.

  • Aurel says: “Truce held. Good.”

  • Aurel says: “The pale fire noticed you.”

  • Aurel says: “Haltling dismissed. Keep your hand wise.”

Aurel — Void — Do Not Tap

The law

Aurel wrote this rule

Void — Do Not Tap

Never tap Void — let it reach the portal, or you fall.

Previous law still applies: Lyra — Mask.
